We want you and your pup to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, we'll replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
